Below you will find our delivery terms and conditions that apply to all orders.
We process your order as soon as it has been received and strive to deliver within 2-5 working days within Sweden, depending on stock status and delivery location. For larger orders or special orders, the delivery time may be slightly longer, and we will inform you of this at the time of ordering.
The shipping cost is fixed for both corporate and consumer packages, you will see your price at checkout. For larger orders or special/express shipments, additional fees may apply, which we will inform you of upon order confirmation.
We collaborate primarily with Schenker but can also offer shipping with most leading shipping companies to ensure that your goods are delivered quickly and safely.
When your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Upon receipt of your order it is important that you inspect the goods for possible transport damage. If damage has occurred during transport, contact us immediately at quality@hydraulkompaniet.se so that we can handle the complaint.
If a package is not claimed within the specified time and returned to us, we will charge a fee to cover return shipping and handling costs.
