Each item is listed with a price excluding VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
Payment is by invoice, Paypal or pre-payment via bank transfer.
The invoice's payment terms are normally 14 days net for consumers and 30 days net for companies. In the event of a payment reminder, a statutory fee of SEK 50 per reminder and late payment interest of 12% per year is added. In case of debt collection, the debt collection company's costs and fees are added.
Privacy Policy
When you register and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business in order to fulfill the agreement with you. We do not disclose your personal/company details to third parties. The information is stored for internal use only. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us.
Shipping and delivery
We send business packages with DBschenker or Postnord in Sweden. For EU customers we use DBSchenker or express freight with DHLexpress and Fedex. For customers outside EU we quote shipping with your prefered shipper of DHLexpress or Fedex. All products are insured via our transport company. In the case of consignee shipping, the customer is responsible for insurance.
The average delivery time is 3-6 working days.
Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees.
If the product is not in stock at the time of the order, the estimated delivery time will be confirmed via email after the order has been completed.
Check on delivery: Check that the number of parcels matches the waybill and the notification before you acknowledge the delivery. Check that the packaging is not damaged. In the event of damage, notify the carrier directly. If we have sent the wrong item, contact customer service and we will help you.
Warranty
We provide a guarantee in line with our suppliers, which means at least 1 year. Some products have also specified a certain number of operating hours as a warranty period, this applies to certain pumps and motors, e.g.
Right of withdrawal & Claims
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act (sections 9-16), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days. If you want to cancell your purchase, contact customer service for further instructions, telephone 090 – 12 15 50 or info@hydraulkompaniet.se.
The withdrawl period begins on the day you received the delivery or a substantial part of it. You are obliged to return the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.
Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. When returning, we are not responsible for the goods during transport. Before making a return, you must first notify customer service before sending the item back.
Ordered items cannot be returned or canceled after the order has been completed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to traders unless otherwise agreed.

Approved complaints are replaced with a new product or the money back. In the case of all approved complaints, Hydraulkompaniet is responsible for the return shipping costs.
