The TH8E-100 is a smart crimping machine that enhances the efficiency of the crimping process for hoses and fittings. It operates by receiving crimping parameters and die sets transmitted from an app.

With only ten die sets, the TH8E-100 machine can crimp seven different fitting series on ten different hose types, ranging from size -3 to size -16.

Starting with the selection of the hose, the SmartKrimp app guides users towards fittings that are exclusively compatible, ensuring a perfect match. This simplifies the process and guarantees the use of the most recent crimp dimensions and parameters which are always up-to-date.

The SmartKrimp app also improves the quality system and provides a reliable data backup for reordering and tracking. The service can be used in both online and offline modes, ensuring uninterrupted operation in any environment.

To enable the PLC interface and Bluetooth functionality, the machine needs to be outfitted with a rechargeable battery, which is not included with the machine.

The TH8E-100 smart crimping machine crimps Parker steel and stainless steel fittings and hydraulic hoses, including:

– 1 and 2 steel wire hoses up to size -16

– 4 layers of spiral and compact spiral hoses up to size -16

– textile wire hoses up to size -16
